Recently we... renovated our home and had the great good luck to run into Temel Yilmaz when we visited the showroom. He showed us many rugs and we were amazed at his knowledge and his patience in explaining the origins and history of the many different styles. He and his guys brought a number of carpets to our home, and Temel had some great advice in pairing the carpets to the rooms. We got a gorgeous new run from Dover Rug in Natick. We went in without expectations and feel in love. Temel was super... helpful. He was helping another customer when we arrived and sent us to the huge selection of hanging rugs to get a sense. He came back as soon as he was free, listened to what we wanted and looked at photos of our room. We easily spent 90 minutes going through the enormous selection of rugs in our size with him. We narrowed it down to 4, which he and his team brought over an hour later to see in our room. That was CRITICAL -- we ended up not with the one we'd been leaning toward. We bought one that he's suggested, it completely tied our room together with all the colors. And he gave us a good discount. He also gave us advice about some of the rugs in our house, very knowledgable, even though we knew they couldn't be worth much. One turned out to at least be worth selling on Facebook or something. Now I'm sitting here thinking how beautiful our new rug is, and loving what it does to our room!! We're very happy!!read more

I recently had two of my rugs cleaned. I purchased these rugs from Dover Rug. However, I did not have to have them... cleaned at Dover Rug. I chose to do so as I had a positive experience in 2020 when I purchased the rugs. I called the Natick store in the morning, spoke to Sachin and a pick-up was scheduled for that same afternoon. I did receive a cost estimate at this time. When it was time for the pick-up, I received a text and phone call with notification that the guys were on their way and would arrive soon. After a week, the same process took place when the clean rugs were delivered back to my home.When it was time to place the rugs down on the floor, the guys took their time making sure that they had reversed the direction of the rugs, and the rugs were placed exactly where I wanted them to be with my furniture moved back in place. I received the exact pricing at time of pick-up. The cost was reasonable and terrific value for the service I received. Service that included a prompt pick-up, cleaning, delivery, and proper placement. I asked if they could re-connect the pieces of my sectional couch which was completed in moments.During both visits, the Dover Rug team were professional, efficient, punctual, and the price was more than fair and terrific value for what was done. Worst experience you will ever have... there computers are always down so no inventory management or tracking works...... We brought a rug and where told will get a new one in 2-3 weeks, after 3 weeks of wait we got a rug off complete different rug.. Now the shop employee cannot map anything as they don't know the item number or have any details of the original item we purchased... Worst Experience!!! Don't stop ... run away...read more
